A national government program dedicated to the care, shelter, rehabilitation, and reintegration of unaccompanied homeless psychiatric patients.
NPCSH identifies vulnerable unaccompanied homeless psychiatric patients, transfers them to care centers, provides round-the-clock medical, psychiatric, social, nutritional, and hygiene support, and then works toward rehabilitation, family reunification, economic empowerment, and social reintegration.
The program focuses on specialized humanitarian care that combines safety, treatment, rehabilitation, and empowerment while respecting beneficiary dignity and privacy.
